1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game "Rogue Elements TD" (the "App"), published by Wonastral, handles information when you use it on an Android device. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

2. No Personal Data Collected by the App

The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data about you. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any other personally identifiable information.

The App does not require an account, does not include analytics SDKs, and does not transmit any personal information to our servers — because there are no such servers operated by Wonastral for this App.

3. Local Game Data

The App saves your game progress — such as your best wave reached, your current run, and your sound settings — locally on your device, using Android's private app storage. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

The App displays optional rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. These ads are shown only when you choose to watch one (for example, to revive your run). AdMob is an independent third party that may collect and process certain information to serve ads, including personalized advertising where applicable.

The information AdMob may process includes, depending on your device settings and consent:

• Your Android Advertising ID (a resettable identifier);
• IP address and approximate (non-precise) location derived from it;
• Device information (model, operating system version, language);
• Interaction data with ads (impressions, clicks).

Where required by applicable law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the App shows a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before any personalized ads are served, and you can review or change your choice at any time. You can also opt out of personalized ads through your device settings and Google's advertising controls (see the links above).

5. Your Choices

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized advertising entirely, from your Android device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads.

You may also uninstall the App at any time to stop all data processing related to it and to remove your locally stored game progress.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising network, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data Security

Because the App itself does not collect or store personal data on our side, there is no Wonastral-side database that could be breached. Your local game progress remains in the App's private storage on your device, and any data processed by Google AdMob is protected by Google's own security measures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
